Welcome back, everyone. Next, we have Virtuix, Inc. Trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol VTIX, and is a leading manufacturer of AI-driven full-body virtual reality systems for consumer, enterprise, healthcare, and defense markets. Happy to welcome founder, CEO, and chairman, Jan Goetgeluk. Nice to see you today on the conference. Anna, we're happy to have you.

Good to see you, Anna. Thank you for having me.

All right. The floor is yours, and call me back when you're ready for some questions.

Terrific. Thank you. Well, welcome everyone. Hope you can see my slides up here. We're a leader in AI-driven full-body simulation, specifically for gaming and entertainment, for defense and enterprise as well. I'll walk you through our various markets. We do that with our core technology, which is called the Omni. The Omni is an omnidirectional treadmill that lets you walk and run around inside virtual worlds. Instead of pushing a button, you're physically moving, running, and gunning inside virtual environments without boundaries, which is very neat. I hope you can see my slides here. Let me know, Anna, if it's not the case.

Yes, we can. Terrific. Just a few highlights before I show you a quick video about our technology.

We're listed on NASDAQ, VTIX. We're reporting strong growth, 18% year-over-year revenue growth in our last earnings call. We're ready to scale, ready to keep going. Our production facility is set up to produce 3,000 Omni One units a month. That is about $100 million in annual revenue that we can produce right now. That's our next big target. As I mentioned, a couple of key markets, consumer, defense, and enterprise. I'll walk you through that. We use AI and AI-driven 3D reconstruction to very quickly create those virtual worlds, virtual replicas of real-world locations using camera footage, and I'll show you a video about that as well. Everything we do is patent protected.

We have a very strong IP portfolio, 25 patents issued, a 26th one actually was allowed just recently, five more pending. Let me show you a quick video about Omni One, which is our latest and greatest treadmill specifically for consumers, but you also use it for enterprise as well. Let me show you a quick video about that.

No hesitation. I'm on the move. My motivation, I got nothing to prove. Oh, oh. Oh, make it look easy. Oh, oh. All right. That's Omni One, our latest and greatest treadmill.

Quick history on the company. We brought five products to market to date. We started off with the original Omni Pro. Oh, this just played again. We started off with the original Omni Pro, then we came out with Omni Arena, which is our attraction for the out-of-home entertainment industry, we installed it in 80 venues nationwide. Our players kept asking us. By the way, we have over half a million registered players for the Omni Arena attraction. Those players kept asking us, "Where can I get this for my home? Where can I buy this?" That's what prompted us to develop Omni One, which is our most advanced omnidirectional treadmill to date. Full freedom of movement, crouching, kneeling, jumping, all in 360 degrees.

Primarily designed for the home, we use that same technology for defense training and simulation for enterprise training as well, which I'll show you. As I mentioned, our production facility is ready, can produce up to $100 million in annual revenues today as we scale. Ready to keep scaling our revenues and keep growing. Three key focus areas that we'll talk about. One is consumer, where we have our partnership with Meta and our Meta product, Omni One for Quest. Rapid growth in the consumer sector for us, also expanding internationally there as well. Enterprise. You can think about training for industrial applications, safety training, as well as applications in robotics, the medical field, I'll talk about that. Defense is a big market for us.

We're already working with all four major branches of the U.S. military, U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps. Just also shipped a unit and sold a unit to the Air National Guard as well. Lots of momentum in the defense space, which is a big focus area of ours. Let's talk about the consumer sector first. The big catalyst there is our collaboration with Meta. We just launched the Omni One for Quest product with Meta, that's an Omni One specifically compatible with the Quest 2 and Quest 3 headsets. Meta has sold about 20 million Quest headsets to date, by recent estimates, there are about six million active users of those headsets who now, for the first time, can use our product, the Omni, directly with their existing headset and game. That expands our addressable market by an immediate six million users.

It's creating a lot of growth on our consumer business. It's off to a great start. Sales are exceeding our expectations so far. A great launch with Meta for this product that's going to keep accelerating our growth on the consumer side. It's a gaming system, by the way, it has clear fitness benefits because you are burning calories while using the product, while gaming. You're active, you're running, you're crouching, kneeling, jumping, you burn about 700 or up to 700 calories per hour using Omni One. One of our users actually reported having lost 40 pounds in four months using Omni One, which is very satisfying, gratifying to us. Some people call our product the Peloton for gamers. It's a gaming system first, it has clear exercise benefits and keeps you healthy. If you're a parent, get your kids off the couch.

They like to play video games, but get them off the couch. When they play on Omni One, they're gaming, but they're active at the same time. We work with all the big gaming studios who have great games that are compatible with our system. From a business model perspective, the consumer product is DTC, direct to consumer, similar to Peloton and similar devices. There's an upfront purchase price for the system. It's about $2,500, depending on the model, which is not for everybody, but it's the price of a high-end gaming PC, it's the price of connected exercise equipment. With Affirm, buy now, pay later, it becomes a monthly payment of about $100 a month or so, as low as $90 a month. It's accessible to a lot of people, and it's good for your health. That's a key justification for buying the product.

Yes, it's entertainment, but it's also good for you. On that upfront purchase price, we target a gross margin of about 40%. We make recurring revenues from software, from selling games through our game store, and from an Omni online subscription, a monthly subscription to play online games similar to Xbox Live for Xbox or PS Plus for PlayStation. We market that consumer product through paid social influencers, content creators, gamers, YouTubers, and as an affiliate program as well. That's our consumer business. It's growing quickly, and the big element there is our collaboration with Meta and that Quest product that we launched with Meta. On the enterprise side, we use AI to very quickly create virtual worlds, virtual replicas of real-world locations. We do that with a technology called Gaussian splatting.

We take 360-degree camera footage, and we turn it into a virtual replica within hours. I'm going to show you a quick video of that. You can think about safety training, industrial training. We've been reporting some recent traction in the medical field as well for rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, cognitive therapies. For example, autism therapy for children, where they already use VR and then adding the Omni to that, the movement component to that, makes that therapy even more engaging, more effective. The enterprise market has a lot of different applications. With the medical one, the medical field is one potentially big area for us that could become another big market for our technology, in addition to consumer and defense, which I'll talk about next. Let me show you a quick video of this AI-driven 3D reconstruction because it's quite spectacular.

Thanks to new AI power techniques like Gaussian splatting, we can now quickly make high-fidelity digital twins of the real world using, for example, drone footage.

It's 1:00 P.M. We're here at a training center in Austin, Texas. We're going to be capturing a scan with our 360-degree LIDAR scanner attached to this drone. All right. It's 1:30 P.M. now. We got the data that we need. Took about 20 minutes to capture. Now let's load it onto the computer. It's 3:00 P.M. We're back at the office. The environment is ready. From start to finish, this whole process took about two hours.

Think about applications like virtual tourism, industrial training, or mission planning and rehearsal for defense and law enforcement. That's our AI 3D reconstruction technique that we use. Here's another quick slide about another application on the enterprise side for us. This is a project with University of Central Florida for humanoid robot teleoperation using the Omni. Just another sector where we have quite a bit of traction is humanoid robots, using the Omni to steer those robots and also train those robots. Let me get to the defense sector, where we have a lot of momentum. In addition to consumer, the defense market for us is where we see a lot of growth for our company, a lot of catalysts for investors. If you think about it, the military has always had simulators for aircraft.

They have simulators for vehicles, tanks. They've never had a simulator before for ground troops or infantry, until today, thanks to our Omni technology. Traditional simulation, the military still uses those big screens, very expensive, very static. More recently, they've been using VR, virtual reality, but room-scale VR, where soldiers can walk around inside an area with a backpack on. You're still limited. You're limited in space. You're limited insofar as the number of people. You're going to bump into walls, bump into people. It's quite limiting. Thanks to our technology, the Omni Warfighters can walk inside virtual worlds without boundaries, and 10 or 12 soldiers or more can together be maneuvering inside virtual environments. Lots of excitement in the DoD for our technology. We are already working with all the major branches.

We are the lead integrator on a project with U.S. Marine Corps, making a fire team virtual trainer. We have a development agreement with U.S. Navy. We sold units to the U.S. Army, to West Point, for example. We sold units to the U.S. Air Force Academy, and we recently got awarded a phase I SBIR award by the U.S. Air Force as well. It's the first real award, real contract with the U.S. Air Force, just a first step of the process here. Another thing we announced in the defense space is that we're actively looking at M&A in this space, in this sector, targeting acquisition opportunities with revenues anywhere from $10 million-$50 million.

We're actively talking to various companies and rolling them up underneath our umbrella, which gives us access to contract vehicles, gives us access to sales channels, all the certifications we need, and of course, also revenue. Taking our revenues to the next level in a step change, and really envisioning to becoming a new defense training consortium under the theme of immersive training. Actively working on that as well. Defense is a big catalyst for growth for us and our investors. Here's that Marine Corps project we're working on with U.S. Marine Corps, with TECOM, the Training and Education Command of the Marine Corps. As I mentioned, we got a first award for our Virtual Terrain Walk system from the U.S. Air Force. The Virtual Terrain Walk system, I'll show you a video, is using that AI technology to very quickly create the mission environment, the mission area virtually, and then warfighters can then walk that terrain virtually before they fight on it.

Explore the battlefield before we put boots on the ground, which is a revolutionary capability. Let me show you a video of that as well.

You've never been able to do anything like this before. Field to training within hours in real environments.

Mission planning, mission rehearsal, training applications.

It's immersive, that you can actually move in, testing the limits of your stamina.

You're running, kneeling, jumping. You're collaborating with everybody else in your unit.

They can really get in there, and they can really understand what the lay of the land looks like. Everybody walks away safe. It really did feel like I was there, and I was walking through that field.

It was very, very cool, and a good little workout.

Not very often do you see a revolution in military technology. The Virtuix Virtual Terrain Walk is that revolution. The VTW allows warfighters to walk the terrain before they have to fight on it. It starts with a drone capture. Once we've created that virtual environment, we can enter into the Omni treadmills, and they can be either local or distributed across the country, where we can all meet in a session and make sure that we can safely accomplish our mission. One of the key aspects of the Virtual Terrain Walk is it's commercial off-the-shelf. The Omni One is a very small, compact system. You can have it set up in minutes and have it deployed to the point of need.

On the modern battlefield, I don't have the luxury of bringing folks together. The fact I can do a distributed rehearsal, but get that very tactile feel, I think it's revolutionary.

With the VTW, warfighters are able to get a sense of terrain awareness that they will not be able to get any other way.

I see this as a valuable training, leader development, and mission rehearsal tool. I think it's incredibly powerful to account for the time and space considerations and see how we would respond based on changes in the environment and iterate through the scenarios as I want to change variables. I can take the adjustments to the plan, feed those back as a digital output straight into my common operating picture, eliminate the potential for error, and create that feedback loop to my plan and my understanding.

I can use the VTW to actually adjust operational plans that'll be executed by our warfighters. The Virtual Terrain Walk is unique in the industry to provide this capability. This is something that the Department of Defense doesn't need to spend 15 years developing, and I'm pretty excited about this. Being able to get technology in the hands of warfighters now is something that is absolutely critical to maintain our technological advantage. The Omni is also a great way to keep our warfighters active and fit. Several of our customers burn 300, 400, and 500 calories an hour maintaining health and fitness in a fun and engaging way. Walking the terrain and getting that timing is an absolute critical aspect that today is only done when you're under fire. With the Virtual Terrain Walk, you can do that before the first round is fired. It's a game changer. For which we got a SBIR award by the U.S.

Air Force, it's a revolutionary capability that the military has not had before until now, which is quite fantastic. If you think about the potential here, the U.S. Army alone has 117 battalions, for example. They could use a system like this, and a system like this, if it's 10, 12 soldiers connected, typically would be half a million to a million dollars or so, plus recurring revenues from software licensing, maintenance simulation work. The U.S. Army alone is 117 battalions. You can do the math. That's just U.S. Army, then we have all the other branches, allied forces. That's just for the specific VTW system. The potential for us in the military space is very large. Then we add our M&A activity there.

This could be a real game changer for our company going forward. Quick word about the team. We've been working together for a long time. We're experts at hardware scaling businesses. Me personally, I'll say a few words. I'm from Belgium originally, but I've been in the U.S. 19 years. I came for my first job out of college and never left. I loved it in the U.S., the American dream, and my company wanted me to go back to Belgium. I told them I'm staying here, I stayed in the U.S., went to business school, joined JP Morgan as an investment banker for a few years as an associate, but left that job to bring the Omni to market, to bring our technology to market. Here we are today. We're based in Austin, Texas. That's where our headquarters is. About the financials, we're growing quickly.

Last fiscal year, we announced over $4 million in revenues, that is increasing quickly now, especially with the Meta Quest launch on the consumer side. Then everything we have going on on the military side, we are ready to scale. Revenues are going up. Our margin went up to 25% gross margin. Expenses and expenditures are coming down. All the financials are moving in the right direction. Just to sum it up, the investment opportunity for you all is that dual use growth opportunity where we have our high volume consumer business, which is growing quickly, especially now with the Quest launch, the Made for Meta program we're part of. High volume consumer combined with potentially high-value defense contracts and enterprise contracts.

On the defense side, major catalysts as we pursue bigger and bigger contracts, as well as we're working on some M&A opportunities, which will be a real game changer for our company. We hope to be able to announce something there in the next few months or so. Big catalysts there for our investors. In addition to that, there's potentially a third big market, which is the medical field. Our platform, our technology, is a platform for various markets and applications. We're focused on consumer and defense right now. That's where we see the most growth here in the near to medium term. Longer term, there's so much more we can do with our technology. Both the upfront purchase price, and then we always add to that recurring revenues from software licensing, simulation work, and whatnot.

We have a lot of amazing projects and developments in the pipeline. If we can execute on all of those this year, I figure we're going to be in a great position. We're ready to scale, and we invite all investors to join us, come aboard, keep following us, and we hope to have you as an investor in our company, and join our exciting journey ahead. I'll pause right here and open it up to questions, Anna.

Wonderful. Thank you, Jan. Yes, we have lots of questions for you. First of all, this Meta partnership, congrats on that, and talk about what investors can expect from that. Have you seen any traction so far?

It's been great. It's exceeded our expectations. We just launched this a few weeks ago. We announced it, I think, late June. It's a recent development, but so far the launch and the sales thereafter have been really fantastic. Seeing strong growth there. It's a real catalyst. 6 million or so active users by recent estimates who can now buy Omni One. Look, our revenues scale very quickly, even with modest shipping volumes. Just shipping 3,000 units a month, which is our production capacity today, that's $100 million in annual revenue. Very quickly we can take our revenues to the next level with the growth we're seeing on the consumer side. It's been a great partnership. We're officially part of that Meta ecosystem, the certified Made for Meta stamp, if you will. It's been a great development for our company.

Wonderful. You are getting a lot of traction in the defense space, so what can we expect, or when can we expect some major contracts or other catalysts in that area? Talk about revenues. Yeah. It's a process.

We're getting some rapid momentum, rapid traction, some initial contracts and awards. For example, the phase 1 SBIR with the Air Force. Phase 1 SBIR funding-wise is not that much, but it results in a phase 2, which becomes $1 million-$2 million, and then a phase 3, which can be $100 million sole source status. That process can take one to three years, but that's what we're going towards. Same on the Marine Corps. We have a project there for that VR infantry trainer, that fire infantry trainer. Look, if that gets rolled out to 10, 20 Marine Corps bases, again, maybe half a million dollars, $2 million per contract per base. The viewers can do the math, but that's the potential that we're going towards. We have other opportunities in the pipeline as well.

It's great to see the initial momentum with our technology, we're continuing to pursue bigger awards, bigger contracts here in the next few months, the next few years.

With that said, you recently announced a strategic partnership with Sirica Therapeutics in the medical field. What's your go-to market strategy for the healthcare market, which is huge?

The healthcare market is potentially a third big market for our technology, in addition to consumer and defense. With Sirica Therapeutics, they're focused on that autism therapy I mentioned, where for autism with children, they already use VR to help teach those children life skills. The theory is that adding a movement component to that with our technology, it becomes a lot more immersive, engaging, effective. We have various groups who are working on that. We have a partnership with Sirica Therapeutics. We also have a collaboration with Rutgers University, who's exploring that, as well as Florida Gulf Coast University, who's also working on that. They're also working on stroke rehabilitation using our Omni technology. Various applications in the medical field that we believe could be highly impactful for our revenues long term.

If you think about autism therapy, there's about 4,000 or 5,000 ABA centers, therapy centers in the U.S., that could use a system like ours at $5,000 per system. Maybe they have two. Then they can expand to home use as well for therapy at home. Potentially big opportunities for us in the medical field, in addition to what we're already focused on today is consumer and defense, obviously.

Could major VR headset manufacturers become strategic partners? When you talk about the medical field, is anyone working on getting you set up with health insurance companies?

The VR for therapy is already reimbursed, I believe, especially with those ABA centers. Those therapies are already going through all the necessary approvals and reimbursement processes. We can piggyback off that. Working with headset manufacturers, we work with all the big headset players. Meta, we talked about that. We're directly collaborating with them. We also work with HTC on our military systems. Varjo is another one. Our complete Omni One system ships with a PICO headset, which is also a partner. We're a bit headset agnostic, and we work with all the big players.

Wonderful. What % of users become repeat customers at commercial locations?

At commercial locations, very high. Some of our players there have played over 300 times because our commercial attraction Omni Arena, we have over half a million registered players. Some of them come back every week to play because we have e-sports competitions built into the attraction, it drives a lot of repeat play. Some of these players come every week. They have their own e-sports team and jersey, and it's really neat. That's done well for us.

How are you working with game developers to expand your content library?

Yeah. The big advantage we have is that integrating our Omni movement into existing games is very simple. Integrating our SDK for Quest, for example, it's a few lines of codes. It takes all but 10 minutes plus some testing. Nobody needs to make games just for us. We work with all the big gaming studios that have great VR games on Quest or elsewhere. Then we ask them to integrate our SDK, which is not that much work, and then they get additional customers, promotions, marketing, cool videos with our technology. It's been fairly straightforward for us to work with great game studios and have great content for our device.

How much operating leverage exists once a new entertainment venue is installed?

What do you mean by that? Can you repeat the question?

Yeah. If our viewer, Max, wants to repeat or add on to that question, he asks how much operating leverage exists once a new entertainment venue is installed.

I'm not quite sure if I understand the question there.

Okay. We'll move on to the next question. Max, feel free to hash out that question for you. Aarav asks, "How important is exclusive content to driving repeat usage?

Yeah. Look, we don't ask any game developers to make a game just for us. Some consoles or platforms that have exclusives, they pay for those games. They pay a lot of money to get those games developed for their platform, then they have an exclusive on that. We don't do any of that because we don't pay much of anything for those games. They're existing games. The good thing is, look, we're the only real player in town with our Omni technology. We have one Chinese competitor with a product that's a lot cheaper but not as good, not an official Meta partner. Really, people looking for a high-end omnidirectional treadmill for Quest, for example, we're the official partner and Made for Meta system. In that sense, look, we're already exclusive.

We're the only real system that you can do it with, and we're the only real partner of those game studios who integrate our SDK. We don't have to pay for exclusives. Look, we don't need exclusives in the same sense as an Xbox or PlayStation has exclusives.

Wonderful. Well, what is one key takeaway you would like our investors to leave with today, Jan?

Yeah. I think we have some great catalysts on the horizon. If you look at our consumer business, that's growing quickly with the Made for Meta program. On the defense side, we have a lot of projects in the pipeline that can result in large contracts that we're pursuing. That could be a big announcement. The M&A activity, we hope to announce some initial results there in the near future, could really take our revenues to the next level, not just organically, but with a step change. I think those are some really exciting developments. We have some other projects in the pipeline we haven't talked about yet. If we can execute everything we're working on this year, we're going to be in a great position by the end of the year. I hope investors keep following us and come aboard on our exciting journey.
